Michael Grimes is a highly successful investment banker with a long track record of leading successful IPOs for some of the biggest names in tech. He has worked on the IPOs of Google, Amazon, and Facebook, among others, and has led the IPOs of several other successful tech companies, including LinkedIn, Spotify, and Slack.
Grimes currently serves as the Managing Director of Global Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and is a board member of the Boao Forum for Asia and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
In his free time, Grimes is a passionate musician and enjoys playing the guitar and piano. He is also an avid reader and enjoys science fiction and history books. Grimes is a supporter of bike-sharing programs and is an enthusiastic cyclist himself.
